Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Service prices will increase starting January 1, 2025. You can expect a $10-15 increase for each service. This applies to any appointments already scheduled in 2025, as well as gift cards. Cancellations must be made during business hours at least 24 hours before appointment time, either by phone/text or email. Last minute cancellations and/or no shows are subject to a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). **Discounts will be applied at checkout. ***If you have scheduled an appointment and begin to feel unwell, or show symptoms of COVID-19 such as coughing or fever, please contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
